I just bought a new Kbox pro with a black Khub.

I have activated the Khub but can to get it to connect to the Internet.

I am using the modem/router combo (2 in 1) to connect using the wireless adopter.

I even tried doing a direct connection of the modem/router combo to the khub and I still get no connection.

Is anybody using this set up with Bell Sympatico.

Please help.

How did you activate khub? You need to download 201 file first in you kbox pro, and then activate your khub from usb. What lights do you see on khub?

I am getting the message "Module is not connected"

I have the new version of the black Khub, which does not require the black cable. It goes straight into the back of the receiver.

I know that the Khub is activated properly as I get all the channels if I plug the unit at my friend's place (he has Rogers as the ISP).

Is anybody using Bell Sympatico for their Kbox. If so what set up are you using. Is the proble related modem/router combo (2 in 1)?

Try it

Go to mediahopper.com and select Canada then RDI French then check if your receiver work fine.

Because Sympat... doesn't have a stable connection but if you use the stream from this site you must be able to have a stable connection.

I just know it because I had made many test on Internet.

Plymouth you have got to be joking.... Do you know who owns the Internet Backbone in this country ?

A company called Bell Nexia. You read correctly yes.... Bell Nexia. Guess what is Sympatico ? Sympatico is Bell Nexia !!!!

Who owns the backbone offers the best Internet. Yes the answer is Sympatico.

Nothing can beat it. Videotron does NOT have bandwidth to the US or overseas. They have always offered terrrrible ping time outside of Canada. This is why I flushed them.

Videotron might have the highest speed for download but for random navigation they are the worst junk ever !

So your hub boxes will work best using Bell. Not cable cömpanies.

Oh by the way, I was in Chicoutimi last summer. The average waiting time for Internet navigation on a Videotron customer there was about 5 seconds. On some sites, I would get timeouts.

Unbelievable junk. And everyone in Chicoutimi is happy with Videotron.

I won't even tell you abourt their telephone IP service. More than junk. Unbelievable junk !

Do you work for Bell?

And the IP Phone is very good and less expensive.
