I just bought a new Kbox pro. I can not get it to connect to the internet. My ISP is Bell Sympatico and their modem. My configuration under Network setting is DHCP. Please help.
The other problem is the receiver does not power on some times. It takes about 30 minutes befor it powers on.
I loaded the factory bin KBOX K1 Plus FILES Factory File (BETA)v1.76. Would this create the power issue. The receiver is the Kbox pro, it is the new model with black khub. Do I need to load the factory bin for these new receivers. If so which bin should I be loading.
Since you have Pro, You have to download pro files not plus files. You need Pro bet file and file 201 (6-25-09). Be sure to use the black cable for both activating the Hub and connecting Hub to receiver.
