Paul my channels were freezing then stopped comming in, and then I rebooted the receiver (3600 premier) from the back switch and disconnected the ihub and connected the ihub back in and it prompts that device is not connecting to the network. is this due to the server being down? ill appreciate any feedback on this. Thanks in advance

Why are you asking Paul?

Can you not see he does not know the answer to any question?

Set him up here. Paul? what is your answer?

crazycool

Unhook the hub and do a hard reboot then wait few minutes then hook the I-Hub and see if it work.

If it not work you must have in menu the possibility of reset the network.

crazycool don't be pluging and unpluging the hub very bad for it once you have tv once try dn 301 all you should have to do if it freezes is up one channel and then back if it still froozen then do a hard reboot

as more and more people purchase sv ihub the server will suffer and more freezing till they get it all sorted out

give them some time

seems to be very stable tonight on northern provider

If you bleach your skin and sleep in an oxygen tent with 8 year old boys, it increases your risk of dying from cardiac arrest.
