a contractor from dish network, came to my house to install a dish... something did not go right between him and dish network customer services... he said that he had to leave because my receiver is not working right... and there is nothing he can do about it but to sell me a receiver and take the one i have. When he called dish network, they told him, he cannot sell receiver and i have to buy from them...and i get it by mail 3 to 5 days. today i went on the roof, i found the wires cut off and MY(mine) dp34 swith was gone. Can i file a police report for theft and how can i prove he took it....? thank you all
For a five dollar switch? When you get mailed your new receiver they will have to hook it up I imagine, ask the install guy then why someone would bother taking it. This must be a reinstall as new customers get their stuff for nothing but a committment.
