My CW-700 keep going from scrambled to working, over and over again. Like every two minutes. It's totally unwatchable. I've tried to find a perfect channel to stay on, for the auto roll thing. But it's every channel that locks up and says scrambled. I've tried everything I know how do. Chrysler help please!

Greg Raf for your CW700 simply power off 30 seconds and then power back on, all should be good. If still persist after that do a factory reset and rescan sats. The dish on the mother in laws house looks good!
Plymouth if you changed your name to Dodge I think there would be much confusion here. People need to know who you are for your much needed good works.So NO you should remain just simply Plymouth.
