- Single Circular LNB like 118 don't require LNB tilt
- 2 Satellites for circular require skew entire dish but no LNB tilt
That's because of position of satellites on King's belt

i forgot b.w circular and linear lnb
i am quite sure it was circular lnb,
u need atleast 36 inch dish,

- Any Linear LNB for Linear polarity must be tilted or it won't work
- Providers use circular polarity for easier installation with multiple satellites

The reason a vertical only lnb wont work on a H-H motor is because it changes from total vertical to partial v/h to total H during the swing of the offset motors arm.

When this occurs due to the swing of the motors arm the DB will be too low!

So it is best to get the(spit..)circular LNB and a larger dish!

Circular Lnb was the tecnical word for combing the old V/H lnb ports internaly.

The new sats transmit both vertical and horrizontal simultaniously on their new helical transponders to overcome probagation!!

The helical designed transponders are easily ressesed a bit for shielding,to keep them from interfering with each other as the old aray tranponders could not be shielded TVI

Is it must to get at least 30 inch dish in Canada (montreal) to catch 118.7 and 119? Is appropriate LNB on 18 inch dish not enough?
