My husband said he is losing some channels on 97. When he re scans, they are not there. Does anyone know why, and how to get them back? Thank you.

Your receiver is a CW600S or a CW600S Premium?

The link I had give you on the other thread is for CW600S Premium.

OK, because it will not work but not kill your receiver.

Please post your satellite setting on Globecast.

It' s seems to be OK

How many LNB's you use?

Did you use a DP-44 switch?

Did you tried a Blind scan on this satellite?

OK

Put your Legacy switch to None and 22 Khz to None.

Try another Blindscan then a autoscan but when it ask on display for deleted the channels, choose "NO" on both scan.

I changed the settings that you said, and that didn't work. :-( On blind scan, the "quailty" signal is 0%, so it gets no channels.

Ok come back with your settings and try another Blindscan then a autoscan but when it ask on display for deleted the channels, choose "NO" on both scan.

You surely have a DP-44 switch.
