edward john,
Some of the receivers are down. Please search some of the threads here before you start a new thread.

If you get the dreaded green screen this will do a "blind factory default"

With remote:
Menu, ok, up arrow key once, ok, ok, right arrow, ok.

instructions using front panel buttons on receiver:
(menu, ok, channel+, 0k, 0k, volume+, ok)

Once you do a "Factory default" , re setup then rescan.

Or you can just load a recent channel list, then you can set your dish settings, re setup then rescan.

You must load the factory bin, the factory default could not work for it, so you don't have the display.

Take the file at captiveworks.com and load it and wait for the new bin.

You might as well unplug it for now. Plymouth is correct for taking and loading the factory bin.
You will not have picture until there is a new bin. No one knows if that will come.

You are welcome edward.

Why you got to add this Rico?

"Plymouth is correct for taking and loading the factory bin. "

How about Gregraf is correct for solving this problem. That works for me.
