Albino/Plymouth or anybody, the problem that i am having is dowloading the satellite, what I'm trying to do is bring in channel 455 for all the ppv events, Boxing/ufc fights, I live in los angeles ca, usa. and when I watch it on the pansat 2700 or the pansat 3500 it's on echo4ku, I started with the 2500 pansat 6 years ago and pansat has been good to me until now. so I decided to upgrade to the sonicview 360 premier and I'm trying to download all the channels, I really like this box, every time I try to download any of the echostar 4 which there is two of then one has no transponders and the other echo 4 all it does is download echostartv and nothing comes in can any one of you help me. thanks in advance
Try 9/13 with standard 10750 and do a blind scan the channels and the signal will apear after the scan!! They have entered a non-active transponder for you to view!!
echostar7 is on 119.w and echostar 8 is on 110.w I do have dish 500 and LNB 11250 I get nothing on echostar 9 and everytime I download any other satellites like echostar 3 or 5 or 1.2 I get the channels but when I go to those channels they delete and it goes back to channel 1, I appreciate the response. thanks for the help.
Then delete all you channels and put tin foil over all lnbs except your most easern one..I'm assuming it is the one for 119, then blind scan again and report back!!
Forget 3-4-5 just do 9/13..When your happy put the fiol over the other lnb and scan 8/10.
If that doesnt work means youve got dip switch problems or a bad lnb.
To check it bypass everything inline and go straight from the eastern sat to your stb and rescan 9/13 check for water damage as it could be shorting the coax!
I have never heard of putting foil over LNB's and I told you I get no signal on echostar 9 and I don't have echostar 13 and I'm getting a lot of channels on echostar 7 and echostar 8 I just don't see channel 455 sports, which in my other boxes(pansat) it's on echo4ku.

crazycool, yes try scanning 12355. If you do not pick it up then it may be time to do a factory default, load the factory bin, latest Sat info, and latest bin. Then scan the satellite.
seems like a lot of work but you will be happy with the result and it will free up memory so that everything works smoother.
for a dish pro lnb 119= disecq1 110= disecq 2 forget the oher sats. do this in the ant settings and rescan, it will be there. that foil thing is actually a good idea. lots of people when trying to get both 110 and 119 will have the 110 lnb pointing to 119 and i throws them off. for a noob, not a bad idea. all those other sats will show a signal, but dont pay attention to those, only echo 7 and 8
dantetn from what I understand he is getting 119 but missing channel 455. I do not think it is a switch problem. And the foil thing will only confuse the situation on the scan.

PID is a second set of keys for a provider such as(0106) not a transponder!
Did you know I got banned at a site because I always knew what the next set of keys were going to be and posted them before the active keys went down!!
