You can buy any receiver you want.

The only who work on N3 is NFusion, but you can use all receiver on true Free To Air and get over 400 channels with a good dish and LNB.

I am doing FTA on Hispasat (30 West) and it is mostly Spanish and Arabic.

But note that 2 channels (KTV1 and KTV2) from Katar carry almost exclusively British content with arabic sub-titling. But the main audio is English.

There is the Press TV chain in English but remember this is Iranian TV.

Cubavision has nightly movies in English (pirated movies) subtitled in Spanish. You would be surprised at what is being broadcasted there. Premium movies it will take years to be seen on US/Canadian TV.

Tele Rebelde carry US shows like CSI, Desparate Houswives etc... Once again in English with subtitles in Spanish.

Many DN paid channels are available for free, but you will not found your prefered channels.

You can see many channels available on this site but not all.

http://www.ftalist.com/channels.htm

I'm well positionned and able to get many atlantic satellites and many more Spanish channels.
