are pakistani channels available on echo 3 satellite . I am using 211 bin file released on Mach 28. I rescanned using the blind scan option. All I get is theusual "scrambled channel" error message.
I have been told by several of my friends that Pakistani channels can be seen on 61.5 w echo 3 satellite.
