hello! Im having problem getting very good signal in my pansat 2500 converted.
but my 110 signal is excellent.
i used to have them in the same dish and 119 still low signal about 40%
so i decided to separate the dish I used for 119 is 30 inches and i used for 110 is 18 . my 110 have a good quality and my 119 have only 40 % max.
I used satellite finder to get the 119 and registerd there about 90% signal.
but when i connect in the box the wire it goes only 40%I want to know whats the problem?[/u]is it may be the box problem? or file problem?

If you have two separate dishes, you need a DisEqC switch.
Do you have one?
have checked that the antenna setting is switch id the same a physical connections?

Dormy,

Check your skew.
What is your location?
I am in Ohio and I Only get about 60% quality on 119 with one of my dishes. I believe it is the dish alignment.

Dormy,
Try changing your LNB type to Standard in the settings. See if that makes a difference on TP 12239. If that does not help maybe your cable is poor.

The only thing i can see is you must put the 119W LNB in the center of dish for get stronger signal and use the bracket for get 110w.

could be ur cable. May just be a little out of line, not the skew, that wont matter. no trees around or anything blocking the sky?

i set one up once, had perfect signal on 110, took me a couple hrs to figure out a tree was in the way for 119. I moved it about 3 feet, had them both within 5 mins. I have never used a sat finder. just the settings for dish 500 and a compass.
