I have 2 receiver (1st) is 511 and the other one is a 811 the 511 i want to learn how to promram the 103 rom card... I do not know where top start .. I have a reader/ programmer . it is smc scr111 I heard 2 things I donot need to jump pins and i heard i need to ... who know that answer . and the other question is what program is the most easiest to used and not hard to learn ?

want to hear something kind of lol lol I had downloaded all software i had came acrossed and none of those works! I got those names of the software but what software is for the 103/102 dish network cards? and the other question is i know you what order do you work the card in?
put the card in the slot. connect the slot to the card... what after that what order and what is tiers? those type of questions so if any one can help me.. pls
