Hi, I'm trying to burn a movie from my VSPro hard drive to a dvd.I downloaded trial versions of Videoredo & TMPGEnc DVD Author and follower the instructions below but I can't seem to get it to work.Does anyone know how to accomplish this task? Can it be done with the trial versions? Thanks.
"""""Safe and easy way to burn files to dvd!
Needed programs
1.Videoredo
2. TMPGEnc DVD Author
3. Nero or any program that burn DVD-VIDEO files
Step 1
-Copy your video from the E2FS Linux partition on your hard drive to the fat32 Windows partition.
- Menu - File manager, choose file copy to fat 32 partition
Step 2
Now we have to get the file off the drive onto your PC. I find the best and most reliable method is as follows.
-Connect drive to PC. Open the root folder of the drive. Find video file and right click on it and choose OPEN WITH-VideoRedo.
-Do all the editing you need and then Choose FILE-SAVE VIDEO AS. This takes like 2 minutes (or longer depending on your PC) to encode.
Step 3
It's now time to authorized your dvd compliant mpeg to DVD-VIDEO FILES.
-open TMPGEnc DVD Author. Open your saved videoredo file
-Create menu (optional)
-Click the Output tab and choose where to save the new DVD-VIDEO file folder
-Click START OUTPUT
Step 4
Now open Nero or any burning rom that'll burn DVD-VIDEO files."""""""
Nero express
-Video/pictures -- DVD-VIDEO FILES- add all the files in your TMPGEnc DVD Author created VIDEO_TS folder and burn away.
Thanks Paul! I don't need to do any editing of the files that I've recorded on to my Viewsat VSPro so do I even need this program? Is there a free version that I could sample? With this program (Video-Re-Do) would I still need the TMPGEnc DVD Author?
The link that you sent has the option of a 14 trial (same as I already had) which you stated I would need the full version, I see the full version is 1.50 Euros per day etc... *Quite expensive* The posted fees wouldn't be worth it because,Instead of using these programs to copy on to my computer then having to use my CPU's burner to copy on to a DVD. I believe that I can play the movie from my VSPro external hard drive while using my home DVD recorder to record the video. Am I correct? (I haven't tried yet) Thanks.
You said to use the serial that's in the rar and its full version.Does that mean that I insert the # 189175523 as the key? or do I just simply click "Free User" or "Premium User"? Thanks
I have the full version of Video ReDo (as above). I was able to copy a file but it played very choppy. What are the step-by-step procedures for burning on to a dvd?
