The Viewsat Ultra factory BIN is version 0143. If you have that, you don't need to install any new factory BIN.
Just install the latest BIN.

Thanks for the help. All I need to know now is how do I load the Channels for Dish Network on the receiver, I'm running 110, and 119, I have the Channel Loader I just don't know how to get the channels.

p.s. is there a non-freezing file out for the ultra lite (my new receiver)

I misread above. The viewsat Ultra lite factory bin is V0107.
Today there is new ECM. Tomorrow, there should be a new BIN for your receiver.
Try and register into this site tomorrow and get all the information you need - you can't register today because they are all busy with the ECM.

You don't need the loader for get the channels.

Go in antenna setting and selct echo 10,11 110W and put this in the page:

LNB type: standard or OCS-DP if you use a Dn dish
LNB Freq: 11250
Port: choose the port you hook the LNB.

Now do a autoscan

Note: use same settings for 119W, but use the port for the 119W LNB.

Might be worth a try - if the display shows anything.

c/p

1: Insert your USB stick into your computer and "open up" the files folder so that you can look at your various Ultra files on your USB stick.

2: "Right click" on the file that you would like to be loaded onto your Ultra (it can be either a factory file or any other ultra "fix" file), and select Rename from the window that pops up.

3: Rename that file to PFTAUSWR.PGM and make sure that it saves it properly. (You can do this by closing your USB window and then opening it back up to ensure that the new PFTAUSWR.PGM file name is still there).

4: And, as always, before you remove any USB stick from your computer, click on the little Icon on your taskbar (at the lower right of your screen), and select "Safely Remove Hardware" before you remove your USB stick.

5: Insert your USB stick into your Ultra (which is turned off by the back switch).

6: Turn on your Ultra from the back and it will now automatically look for, and load, any file named PFTAUSWR.PGM.
(The front display on the receiver will show "uSb", then "InSt", then "End").

When your menu comes back you can confirm which file has now been loaded into the Ultra by using your remote to go to Menu>System Information>Receiver Information and check to see what file name is listed beside the Main S/W entry.

It should show the original file name you had changed to PFTAUSWR.PGM on your USB stick!

If Albino solution not work try it:

In your package box with receiver is furnish a cable RS-232 you must download factory bin with the cable from your computer .
Go to: [link removed]
download this 2 files:
Ultra Lite Loader - Firmware Updater (also works with Ultra)you install this one on computer
VS2000 ULTRA Factory Bin File - V134
for download with the loader in your receiver

close rear switch on receiver
open program take file v134
clic D to download in receiver and a second after
switch on
the transfert take 5-10 mins
you must see 0000
download the last bin with USB
Good luck

Put the satellite info from viewsat usa before the latest bin.

azlan rajput.
You have Viewsat Ultra reciever.
1. get the factory file afresh from here:
[link removed]
2.unzip it.
3. Load it using cable - do NOT use the USB loader.
4. Do a reset, and then shut of at the back and turn it on after 40 seconds.
5. Install the latest BIN afresh using USB stick.
6. do hardware reset (switch off/ON)
7. Do antenna setup and scan one sat.
8. Do same on other sats.
9. Turn autoroll on.
10. Wait for keys and watch TV.
