ron hoger: Certainly didn't mean it that way. I was just trying to point out that you did not give any details about your receiver, or what Bin you tried to load, so any answer on my part would have been a wild guess, a shot in the dark.

abby, that is because I had to fix many friend's receivers with the same problem..
When the STB reboot from the Boot 1.0.2 it shows a letter + one dot together runnings across the led ( F.).If it turns Off and ON without stop or hanging F.(means no conversion ),need reload older bin and start again. I learned it from the old Lzma
