Pls. help viewsat ultra

anybody can help me with vs ultra,just downloaded new file 01-19-09 from total fta to my vs and now it says no tv channel and its dead. pls. need your help thanks

Do a factory default, load the factory bin and the satellite info from viewsatusa.com then load the latest bin now rescan all satellites.

It happen when the receiver does not have enough memory for load the new bin.

Note: put the Auto Tp "off" do blindscan then autoscan each satellite one by one.
