My friend purchased this box from a balkaniatv.com the box is connected to the internet router and it has all the Balkan countries channels. I checked the box out and it has nothing on there where is it made or who the manufacturer is.

He paid $250.00 for the box and he is paying $35.00 a month for all the channels.

Im very corious how is the box working and can it be purchased and having it for free.

Should be careful about Internet bandwidth used by this box .... with bandwidth quotas implemented by all Canadian providers

This is a legal box with monthly subscription
IPTV
Albanian, Italian, Kosovo, Bulgaria
This is tel# for their NY office
718-213-4282
Only $200 and $30 per month 30 channels
I think it's over priced
Quality not as good as satellites maybe 1:4
There will be no hack for it cuz it's a 2 way transreceiver

if its IPTV that means the content is streamed over internet. Won't that take bandwidth from you internet when your TV is on. Also how much internet bandwidth it will consume on monthly basis.

Of course it would take away bandwidth
Right now these boxes run about 1 or 2 Mega pixels per second
Far less than Satellites that use 5 or 6 Mbps for SD

I have 15Mbps using Cablevision
It wouldn't be a problem for me
But will be an issue with users with slower rate

I do't think IPTV is any good for today's high speed internet
It will take easy 5 years to take away satellites options

I heard AT&T coming up with best IPTV choice better than Verizon FIOS

Don't waste time or moey on these toys
At least for now

Arni it has been said and re-said many times in the above comments by various.

Your internet provider watches the quantity of megabytes you download. And IPTV gobbles a lot of that !!! So be extremely careful because if you bust your allowed quota, it cost a lot !!!!

You won't go to jail. You only will have to pay more to your Internet Service Provider.

Oh and you can save $200 by not buying the box. You can receive IPTV on your PC as well. If you have Windows Media Center on your PC, just hook it to your TV and subscribe to the IPTV services.
