Pansat 250 sm with dish 500 pro setup help !

Right now I have 98% level but "0%" no quality! i am trying to connect to echostar 3 (61.5w). Can someone please help me set this up ! thanks !

I have dishpro 500. and it has 2 output from the lnb. But right now i am only connected to only one. the wire from lnb is directly connected to the reciever. i am trying to point it to the right direction. please help Thanks !
