The Feed horn itself gets tilted not the LNB body itself 22KHz blocking is usually gets turned on or off from Antenna settings
As far as this LNB Obviously is missing the feed horn and it is different from the other picture I'm not sure which one yor asking here
If yo gonna use the globe cast usual feed horn then yo need to mount feed horn tilted befor attaching to block itself
This feed horn can work too In that case yo tilt block with its feedhorn to correct orthognal plane Feedhorn mouth has to be covered so water doesn't get into the LNB hardware
