This LNB is for linear polarity applications
Known as prime foccus
Meaning the dish & LNBF got edge curveture
Fantastic gain compatible with FTA like 97W etc

The Feed horn itself gets tilted not the LNB body itself
22KHz blocking is usually gets turned on or off from Antenna settings

As far as this LNB
Obviously is missing the feed horn and it is different from the other picture
I'm not sure which one yor asking here

If yo gonna use the globe cast usual feed horn then yo need to mount feed horn tilted befor attaching to block itself

This feed horn can work too
In that case yo tilt block with its feedhorn to correct orthognal plane
Feedhorn mouth has to be covered so water doesn't get into the LNB hardware
