Its just like any other larger dish...LNB's rarely go bad on any dish!...aim it, run the cable, and input CORRECT settings...

Be sure you have a linear LNB.
Here is the good setting:

LNB Type: standard
LNB Freq: 10750
Tp Freq: 12153 try this strong Tp

158 TV channels now on galaxy 19(25)
115 Radio channels

Cartier if your lnb is that one from the photo this is an Invacom and depending of your receiver your settings should be something like
Lnb type Universal
High 10600 (not 10750)
low 9750

We don't use Universal LNB here in North America, Tp Freq 10600 is not use here, only 10750.
Universel LNB is use in Europe not here.
Only if you scan 2 Freq. as for 118-119 on same satellite there you can use Universal(11250-10750).
If you use 10600 you will not get all channels.

Cartier
Dismount your LNB and put it on heat source for the night and retry it tomorrow, mark the skew position.

The good setting is standard 10750 but it work too if you use Universal if your LNB high is 10750.

IM NOT SURE IF U GET HOW THE LNB IS MADE IN GLOBCAST DISH. THERE IS NOTHING TO SKEW IT'S MADE ALREADY ADJUSTED. IN FRONT LNB THERE IS BAR WITH ALL ANGLE AND NUMBERS. IT COME ALREADY SET FROM THE FACTORY. I STILL BEL;EIBE THERE IS DEFECT OF LNB .
\SCCRSKILLS THERE ARE 2 SETS FOR UNIVERSALS. UNIVESRAL1 LNB FREQUENCY IS 10600 U STILL CAN GET MANY CHANNEL BUT YOU CAN NOT GET SOME.
UNIVERSAL2 IS SET FOR 10750 . DEPOND WHAT CHANNELU WANT .
MOSTLY IN EUROP OR MIDDLE EAST THEY USE THE ONE THAT HAS FREQUENCY 10600
