For 2500/FLU converted:
There IS NO conversion BIN yet.
Wait for the proper BIN.
Also do NOT use trnics direct installer for 2500/FLU.
WAIT for PUFF BIN.
WAIT for PUFF BIN.

OH MY GOD, FULL EMULATION.

EMU=Emulation.

To emulate or too imitate/copy/act as the cards used in subscribed receivers. If this can be done 100% I can't think of what they could do at that point that would affect only fta receivers.
But I'm no coder.Perhaps bins never can 100% fully emu a subbed card.I only say this because it hasn't been done yet,so until then its unknown.

And how much flash rom size does it take to have full emu?
We will just have to wait and see.
But if it did, your fta receiver would not see keys roll anymore I don't think as it would just think it was a subscribed card.

BUT then is the next question. If this 100% full emu does happen, will the providers then do a card swap?
Can they afford it?
What would stop coders from making a new full emu (with time of course) of the next card?
Time will tell.

Its fun to watch how it plays out, how,if,when coders will do the full emu.

In the latest full EMU BIN 201 for Pansat 2700, a lot of memory location will have changed.
Therefore, DO NOT expect a PUFF BIN soon. It might take the coders 2-3 days to figure out the right locations and make changes for conversions.

The full EMU version 201 for Pansat 2700A/E is a different type of BIN. I expect a lot of memory locations will have changed.

The conversion coders are used to seeing a certain memory pattern at certain locations and make appropriate changes. In fact Tronic has fully automated this process.

however, with then new BIN, these coders will have to work hard to detect the changed locations and code to be changed, so they will take longer - whether for b75 ot PUFF conversion BIN.

Full EMU means full emulation (full copy) of the original ROM in the official DN receivers. It is easier to keep track of changes and recover from ECMs.
Up till now we have been relying on functional copy of the original, now we have both an exact and a functional copy. Usually the full EMU version takes up more memory. This BIN is only 896K bytes long unzipped, so it will be amenable to PUFF compression

Just loaded the way I usually do and its all up and running didn't even search for keys. As soon as the file was downloaded it went straight to the channel. You shouldn't have to do anything different...Well atleast I didn't have to do anything different.
