I have a SV 360 Premier and last week, it developed a severe lag when trying to do anything with the remote.

For example, I'm watching a channel...I hit "guide" ... it takes about 20 seconds for the guide to show up.

Then, I hit channel down arrow...it takes 10 seconds for the channel to scroll down.

wtf ? what is going on?

I did a factory reset. Loaded latest bin.

Any ideas on how to fix this ?

Plymouth likes to do things in trees. Really what he means is SV is VS backwards and you bought the wrong stb.

pjx load file 1.66 because 1.67 has slow response. 1.66 is up on SV 360 Premier and working perfect without slow response

If your 360 Premier takes a turn for the worse, here's a way to revive it:

Basic Process
1] Install factory V0105 .rom file
2] Install system clean up V0119P .rom file
3] Install sat info .sat file (located in V0119P folder)
4] Install latest fix file

**********
If your remote or receiver is frozen/unresponsive, you might need to force load from USB boot menu. Remove any external hard drive, reformat your USB stick (with your PC) and follow the loading procedure below...

Force Loading Procedure

1] Place File on your USB stick
2] Place USB stick in Front or Back of the Receiver
3] Power receiver ON while holding the OK Button on the Front Panel
4] Now use front Panel controls and Select the file to load
5] Press OK button to load

Note: If you are using component cables, you will not be able to view the USB boot menu. Downgrade temporarily to S-video or RCA (Red, white, Yellow) cable
