When I rescan the satellites on 110 and 119, the channels are put in twice. How can I prevent this from happening? I rescanned this morning, and now all of my channels are duplicate. I have a Captiveworks 600s. Thank you.

I have a similar problem.
Also, how do I delete all channels from ONE satellite but keep channels from the others? I am using ViewSat Ultra. Thanks.

When you do a autoscan with red button on remote the receiver ask if you want delete channels select Yes and you will not have duplicated channels.

Go in Channel scan and delete the satellite with F3 on remote exit and save, go in antenna setup and enter the setup for the sat you had deleted and do a autoscan on them.

If you delete all channels before a blind scan, you not will have duplcated channels.
