sidhu don't be fooled. plymouth is a cut and paste terrorist , why do you think he's getting ragged on like that

he can't help you unless someone else wrote about it first , and since not many white people are watching that it will be tough to find help

start from the beggining and you can solve it yourself , plymouth will never have your answer unless I write it first

sidhu preet ji looking for indian channels are not on 121 they are on 118 west (but channels are usually scanned under 119 echostar 7 west)so if you scan for indian channels and get them and they are freezing two things are possible either dish size is small especially signal fades when it is cloudy weather for this 118 west satellite so bigger size of dish better strength and quality u will have.Other thing you have to adjust little bit from 119 west towards 110 side not 121 side.Forget about catching 121 no indian channels on it.Your lnb setting would be standard freqency 10750 .it is much better if you have small tv and put outside watch a channel and adjust dish for better strength and quality.More over adjust lnb skew that helps a lot too.try best of luck.Need more help ask me plz.

Which receiver?

Why you use 121, is it for replaced 118.7?

Where are you located?

Do a factory default and load the satellite info.

Here is the link

[link removed]

With this file you will see Anif 3 in your satellite menu.

In VS Ultra Lite there on Blind Scan, only Auto Scan.

Are you sure after installing this file I can see ANIK F3 in the list and can you tell me the Satellite Setting?

Sidhu:
Essentially you are doing the right thing.
You are right in using the 129 slate or any other convenient slate for getting the Anik 3 at 118.7W.
If you are pointing to 119W and getting the channels for 119 than your Dish is correctly pointing to Anik3 at 118.7W.

The problem might be that you should scan 118.7 first i.e wherever you have used the 118.7 settings you have already described, should be scanned first. You should do a blind scan if available - otherwise an all scan.
Also you might like to try
10750 high and low and Universal or standard.
If everything else fails, then in your Anik3 slate (using either 129W or Anik1) and 119 scan removed, put in all the Anik3 TPs from Lyngsat and do a all scan.
I must stress again to use 118.7 scan first before scanning 119.
Please post again after several trials.

Yes i had installed this file and i have Anik F3 in the list now.

Here is the settings:

Echo 7 119W : LNB Freq 11250, standard LNB
Anik F3 118.7: LNB Freq 10750, Universal LNB high: 10750
LNB Low: 9750

The Tp Freq. is not important, it use only for see if the signal is there.

Use the autoscan

Are you getting the channels and at what setting?

Do as Plymouth says. Except for some possible problem from using a 30" instead of 33" Dish, the instructions I have given for scans should work flawlessly. If you post your zip code, we can try and decide whether 33" is a must.

Postal Code for Area is L5V 2A9. Anik F3 scans the Indian Channels but are freezing...Quality is very poor for Anik F3. Do I have to move little bit more towards 118, as 119 is working fine.

Sidhu Preet as you can see Nalin can't help you
but he is saying that a sales person at Transat Electronics can.

I don't think so, you will be wasting your time.
In the first place they only sale FTA TV hardware and
no supplier in that business will help you to steal satellite signal.
