KTV (Indian) has been moved from Echostar 3, 61.5?

It is supposed to be moved from 61.5W but it is still there as of now at TP 12601(V) as channel 6161.
I would strongly suggest to you to focus your attention on 118.7W, where most of the Internationals are moving. You will need t invest on a 33" Dish and a special LNB - about $70 and the cost of installation.
If you have Dishpro - their Kit is slightly more money.
