I have a Pansat 2500A reciever with Puff 294bin, worked pretty fine until a few nights ago during rainy weather.Signal went low then out. The following day I tried adjusting both my dishes 110 & 119 thinkin they had moved out of place. Got my signal back up in sunny weather. 1 of my thoughts was either my Lines,Switch or LNB had got damaged. I have them both running to a SWITCH on the roof. On 2 occassions after unpluggin my reciever the signal comes back strong, but that doesnt work anymore. . I also tried running each line without a switch to the reciever. Dont know if its 1 or a combo of problemsI read another thread in which someone advised that...." receiver seems to have capacitors blowed.
If you open the box, you have 2 capacitors 470Mfd 16 Volts replace it by 470 Mfd 35 or 50 volts, those are located in power supply.
Don't forget to put it on good polarity".(that had me lost). I'll appreciate any help in this matter.

I think it is yor capacitors
It's common problem on Pansuck 2500
These capacitors must sustain min 24V DC and they are not
So if yo replace with 470uF 35V or 50V it will work better
It is also a possibility yo blown yor D-switch as well

Teron! Use OHM scale on meter to test capacitor before replacing it. Why replace it if it's not bad?
