Satellite dish setup

i have a viewsat 2000 ultra and i am having problem getting both satellites 110 and 119. i have a dual lnb with the dish 500 dish. i can get the 110, but not 119. i set the elevation and the skew to the numbers i received for my zip code. i have tried everything i can think of, and i can't get both.

Try to get 119 first without switch.

Which switch Model?

You should set the switch to 1 in the antenna setup to scan the 119.
Then disable 119 in software and set switch to 2 or 'NONE" to scan 110W.

i have a dish 500 with dishpro twin lnb, so what lnb do i set the receiver at?

Menu===>Installation then 0000 or 0937 or 2668 or 3570 then antenna setup... then side arrow to ECHOSTAR 7=119W.then do the same for ECHOSTAR 8,10=110W,and NIMIQ 1,3=91.0W.

EchoStar 7=119W.........................EchoStar 8,10=110W.
LNB Power................ON........................... ...............ON
LNB Type..............Standard........................ ..........Standard (Dish Pro change to OCS-DP)
LNB Freq...............11250.......................... .............11250
22kHz.......................OFF................... .....................OFF
TP Freq.................12224........................ ...............12224 Or one that closer.
search option............ALL............................. ..............ALL
DiSEqC 1.0..............Port 1.......................................Port 2, (This should match the cable on the switch).

NIMIQ 1,3=91.0W
LNB Power...........On
LNB Type............standard (Dish Pro change to OCS-DP)

DiSEqC 1.0...........Port 3 or 4 (this should match the cable on the switch).

i was told by another person that with the dish500 with dishpro twin lnb, that is has a built in switch, and that i don't need another switch, is this true?
