As part of our normal security process, the security system in your DISH network receiver(s) will expire within 2 WEEKS of the arrival of these instructions and attached new smart card(s). This security system allows you to enjoy DISH Network programming, and these new smart cards will update this system to allow you to continue to receive this programming
Please refere to the step-by-step instructions on the back of this sheet to begin replacing your smart card(s)
Please note: While following the instructions on the back of this sheet your DISH Network programming will be temporarily interrupted
WHAT IF MY RECEIVER DOES NOT CURRENTLY HAVE A SMART CARD INSERTED? Some DISH Network receivers did not require a smart card. If this applies to your receiver, simply insert the new smart card we provided in this package into your receiver's empty card slot using the instructions on the back of this sheet.
King's comments: Even it does say 2 weeks, I do think the full switch of N*3 is closer than ever perhaps 12 to 15 weeks I do think B#V is about to switch on 10/29/08 +/- 10 days as I previously posted But I woudn't rule out possibility if they both turn cold at same time Anything is possible
Also I did see keys for N*3 posted few times It maybe hac*cked already but the constant roll over keys will frustrate any PTA viewer Auto Roll if any maybe few weeks to follow
This could also explain the drop out of some selective channels as I read here and there

People think 1080p is a piece-a-cake It is not It's an entirely different decoding process similar to Dave's QPSK It is an 8PSK MPEG-4 and 1080i on a down-convert
D#N didn't even start the 1080p broadcast HD#Turbo is currently 1080i encryption 241 I'm not even sure if they started N*3 yet They could be operating temporarily on an encryption above N*2 but below N*3 N*3 could be still under construction It's all guess at this time
DON'T EASILY UNDERESTIMATE NAGRA I do expect a lot more challenge in exchange of $50,000,000 USD for the cost of the card swap
I'm actually almost certain when N*3 finally kicks along with 1080p D#N can be untouchable for more than a year
