Missing PPV Channels

Hi, I have satellites 110, 119, and 61.5 -- nothing had changed, except I did a factory default and rescanned for additional channels. Now, I don't get PPVs, I think I just get 502, 509 and thats it.

I decided to change the switch today from a DP34 to a Disecq to make it easier on myself.

119 got identified via the Auto Disecq and so did 110. 61.5 failed, but I got a signal and was able to scan when I switched the port.

Now, in total I get like 538 channels or so.

I'm wondering how to get back the PPV - note nothing in the satellites itself was changed.

Thanks!

All these satellites need to be set as it

LNB Type Standard If it not Dp LNB
LNB Freq 11250
Tp Freq is not important
Try a blind scan for recover Tp lost.

Which receiver?

On your DiSEqC Switch if you connected
LNB1 for 110 then make sure that in Antenna Setting DiSEqC is set to #1
before you Scan 110.

I tried the different ports and am sure I got it down.

Where 110 is port 4
61.5 is port 3
and 119 is port 1

what is so weird and now frustrating is i downloaded the factory bin from viewsatusa and put the .pgm extension to flash it back to factory, then after that I reflashed it the latest file, and now I get fewer channels than before.

Plus, the auto disecq function does not pick up the sats. Instead, my manual trial and error got the ports assigned.

still so confused - wish i didnt mess with the PPV, now other channels are gone as well.

am getting now a total of 299 ch only

ugh

Vs Ultra does not have auto diseq
try it
(Heavy Duty)
Go in Key menu choose Nagra and delete a providers 00 01 00, 01 01 00 and 01 06 00 with F3 on remote (dont delete keys)and save, then reload bin file from ftahq.com and rescan all satellites, with autoroll on, wait for picture.
(dont do hard reboot)

You said: "Where 110 is port 4
61.5 is port 3
and 119 is port 1
"

1. Do NOT connect 110W at all and try 110W at Port 2 or port setting "NONE"
2. Connect 110W to Port 2 and try to scan it as port 2 in the normal manner.

Keep 61.5W at Port 3.

BEST OF LUCK - YOU'LL NEED IT"

I climbed the roof again - swapped out the viewsat switch with the DP34, did a factory default, rescanned all 3, got 543 channels, situation improved, but still no 110 PPV.

Yes, frequency is on 11250 , I am now using a DP34 which is what I had originally as well and seem to have better luck.

These are the settings on Ultra V2

Echostar 6,8 110.0W

LNB Power: On
LNB Type: OCS-DP
LNB Freq.: 11250
22khz: Off
TP Freq.: 12224
Search Option: All
DiSEqC 1.0: Port 2
Motor: Off
Legacy SW: None

Echostar 7 119W

LNB Power: On
LNB Type: OCS-DP
LNB Freq.: 11250
22khz: Off
TP Freq.: 12224
Search Option: All
DiSEqC 1.0: Port 1
Motor: Off
Legacy SW: None

Echostar 3 61.5W

LNB Power: On
LNB Type: OCS-DP
LNB Freq.: 11250
22khz: Off
TP Freq.: 12297
Search Option: All
DiSEqC 1.0: Port 3
Motor: Off
Legacy SW: None

Plymouth - I did what you said about deleting the providers, I did the ones you mentioned, it is still auto rolling, but still no PPV on 110, I just get 3 on 119 PPV

Can you get other channels on 110W?
You had try ftahq.com bin file?

All 110W PPVs are on Horizontal, try LNB Type standard and rescan

Ok I think I figured out the problem based on your last response.

I'm getting 110W channels but only V ones, not H.

I have the bin from ftaforallnet which is same as ftahq

how do I pickup the H channels - I tried individual TP scan, but it still did not pick it up.

Bin from ftaforall is good.

Try to set 110W LNB Type on standard, if it not work, try a new cable between 110W LNB and switch.
If it not work switch 110W and 61.5W LNB
