The only way for resolved this problem is: Go in Menu -Installation - Channel Scan and Down arrow on delete sat and delete it and rescan it with autoscan exit and save press guide and check if you have duplicate channels and choose only the channel you see correct EPG. The receiver keep in memory the first channel you select, that is why you need to choose the correct channel. I experimented this problem too.
The first thing to do is to install the factory BIN, and then the latest BIN from another source. With a Viewsat Ultra and USB drive it should be very easy and a quick try.

My VS ultra not showing any signals when I tune to BEV channels, But when I go to installation I get 88% signal strength on all TP's. especially TP 12545 has very good signal strength. When I do channel scan I get channels from tp 12545 but when I save it and tune to that channel ' Searching for signal' and not showing any signal quality so there is no picture. Is there any way to fix this problem??
Sam do you have only one dish or LNB? Your dish is a new installation or you lost signal with a new bin file?

If you have 2 or more LNBs, you need a switch and select a port for each LNB, if the port is bad you can get another satellite which can give you a signal but no channel.
Now Check in upper right corner in satellite installation if you see 91.0w or another satellite and reply.
I have echostar9 (121W),Globecast 97W, and Nimiq 1 for bev. Installed a new 118 lnb for 121W a month ago and was not able to get the tp 11745&11806. So I manually deleted all TP's from Echo9 and entered 11715 and did a channel scan, everything was right. but when i scaned for BEV I am getting all channels cuz I have good signal quality but when I tune to channel ' it is searching for signal and nothing comes up. Really appreciate your patience and willingness to answer me.
