Which satellite reciever should I buy

I moved into a new house, previous owner had a dish network satellite dish with no receiver. Will viewsat work as a receiver to get desi channels without subscription.Where can I buy the receiver.

Depends what part of the globe you are in. If you are a Canuck then www.skyhighelectronics.com is good. Never get a clone from them, so it is safe. At this late date you should get the cheapest VS on the market. VS Platinum lite

Your in the US, I do not know any US places. Ebay might be a option. Like I said the date is late, should probably not spend much more than 100 bucks.
