Well, if you have some kind of USB Flash Drive, then it's possible.
But, if you are talking about running a loader and loading a bin file using that, then it's not possible because I do not think that MAC computers can run .EXE programs.
But there are some programs, designed for MACs that you can use to open those .EXE programs. Search GOOGLE for more help.
