Help with Viewsat Ultra

All of my internationals are gone as well as the PPV sports channels. I tried doing a blind scan, but still no luck. Also on my programming guide, I see that I have duplicates of many channels, should this be fixed? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If it dont work, load factory bin, do factory default, load last bin and rescan all sats
