I got both the loader2 and the file.After I unzip them and connect the Viewsat and the laptop with the cable do I just follow the instructions from the loader? Go to: <[link removed]> download and unzip this file: Loader 1 - Firmware Updater (Plat and Xtreme)you install this one on computer Download and unzip bin from ftahq.com close rear switch on receiver open program take file bin clic to download in receiver and a second after switch on the transfert take 5-10 mins you must see 0000 Good luck |

I don't think they are the same I can try it only if yo do first  As far as I know it supposed to have a slight modification Everywhere it's posted Loader2 is what's required |

I tried the other ports - port 2 and 3 - same thing....Is it just slow or am I doing something wrong? Please advise. Thanks Jenna |

Noone I have EVER bought anything from, including in the local supermarket, was that nice. I sent a money order and I called about twice to three times wondering if it got there yet or not. The man on the line says "You can call every day if that makes you feel better" in a kind voice. "It will be there before you know it". I love this company and urge anyone to buy from it. |
