Hi guys,

I have a problem with my vs9000hd receiver. When I first turn it on the pictures on the channels get frozen, the sound disappeared and there is "no information" displayed on the movie guide for a while. When I move the channel up and down and choose different channel works for few seconds and then it happened the same problem again. After about 30-45 sec. everything goes to normal ( meaning I can change channels and watch channels without freezing the picture and sound is good and I get all the info for the movies on the movie guide). That happens every time I turn on the receiver and the tv to watch movies. I downloaded the new software for vs9000hd, but didn't help. Do you have any solution for this problem?

Thanks

Hi all,
After I installed the latest factory default file and after that installed the 080727 new gui everything is OK now. The channels are not freezing. Thank you all for your help.
