CANNOT OPEN WALL PROGRAM FOR JTAG

Error message reads COULD NOT ACQUIRE I/O. WINDOWS NT/2K USERS MUST HAVE ADMINISTRATIVE RIGHTS. I am the administrators on both my PCs and get the same error. What the deal with the file that says PLACE WALL IN THIS DIRECTORY. I am also checking that the LPT is bidirectional. Does anyone know which setting that is in the DEVICE manager. Using windows XP. Thanks.

I am now opening Jkeys and cannot key the PC to communicate with the 3500. The Jtag cable I bought has all the correct resistors is there something that I have to change in order to recognize the box. It is set to parallel Port 0x378 parallel settings
