Vs ultra rebooting

continiously rebooting, any Idea how to fix?

sounds like a short in one of your cable wires.

Just load the factory BIN again followed by the latest Ultra BIN.
Make sure you save your settings etc first and restore them after the last load.

conection constantly resending ZRQINIT in pc to stb and when in stb to pc mode it says bad ZSINIT frame type 255:

turn receiver off and unhook co ax cable
now turn receiver on and load latest file using a usb stick
then turn receiver off hook up co ax cable and turn receiver on and wait for picture to come up

ok i want you to turn receiver off and unhook co ax cable and turn receiver on
and see if it is still re booting.post results

followed post again, but used the second to last bin, now it dosen't keep booting over and over, then installed a fresh copy of the pftausw-080710u, then it does the reboot over and over again, any one have a hammer I can borrow?

i wanted you to turn the receiver on with the co ax cable unhooked,so i could troubleshoot

you have a problem with the cable,
vs ultra is very sensitive to bad or loose connectors,also which kind of switch are you using?
check all connectors and make sure they are not shorting and are tight
post results

I told you its a bad cable. If you made one yourself it only takes one stran touching very hard to see.

now it keeps rebooting without cable connected

disconected everything, turned upsidedown to look for a reset button, didn't see anything, reconected everything except lnb cable, turned on, booted up searching signal, turned off, hooked up lnb cable, now its worked for 1 minuite so far!, guess turnung upsidedown is the possible fix!
