Antenna settings:
Use "EchoStar 9" as your starting point.
LNB Power ON
LNB Type OCS-DP
LNB Freq. 10750
TP Freq. 11715

Now edit your TP list exactly like this:

1 11715 20000 V 3/4
2 12872 20000 V 3/4
3 11745 20000 V 3/4
4 12842 21500 V 2/3
5 11776 21500 V 2/3
6 12811 20000 V 3/4
7 11806 20000 V 3/4
8 12781 21500 V 2/3
9 11837 21500 V 2/3
10 12750 21500 V 2/3
11 11867 21500 V 2/3
12 12720 21500 V 2/3
13 11928 21500 V 2/3
14 12659 21500 V 2/3
15 11959 20000 V 3/4
16 12628 21500 V 2/3
17 11989 20000 V 3/4
18 12598 20000 V 3/4
19 12567 20000 V 3/4
20 12050 20000 V 3/4
21 12537 20000 V 3/4
22 12081 20000 V 3/4
23 12506 20000 V 3/4
24 12111 20000 V 3/4
25 12476 20000 V 3/4
26 12142 20000 V 3/4
27 12445 20000 V 3/4

Once you've done this, scan the sat and you should have about 130 channels

He didn't say antenna he said anteena

Anteena setup will be Universal
Enter each Tp like Melvin indicated one by one
In many cases yo can put only one TP
As yo do chan scan it may update all TP frequencies in same scan
Avoid blind scan as much as possible

If your dish is 30 inches or more and you have a CB2008A ors imilar LNB, use setting of Universal LNB and LNB freq 10750 or even lower and first TP as 11715.
Do a blind scan or a full scan.

His name is Jimmy

Retardness by Manifestation
One of a kind

If I say his last name he will threaten to sue the forum
If yo believe in moving mountains yo can believe in curing Jimmy
I promised to make him a believer
So I'm trying new type of rehab
I'm leaving so many clues
If yo put them together yo solve the clue and find the guy's name

With the setup you described, you will get some 118 channels and some weak signals.
If you have EagleStar Pro Circular Twin LNBF for 118 / 119, then you should get 118 and 119 with proper antenna settings.
You scan 119 first with LNB freq of 11250 and TP freq of 12224 V or 121239 V. LNB type should be standard or Universal.
Then scan again using LNB freq of 10750 or lower and TP freq 11715 v. You do not need other TPs if you are doing Blind or full scan. However you can have the full list if you want and o individual TP scans.
Another way is to setup a spare slate with th esame settings as those of 119 but with LNB and TP freq changed. People use Echo 9 for conveniences, but any unused sat's specs can be changed.

For 119W (Echo 7) the first TP should be 12224 V or 12239 H
For 118.7 W (Anik 3) the first TP should be 11715 V.

There was small mistake in my post above.
