My reciever has 7 LNB Types:
Universal 1 (9750mhz & 10600mhz)
Universal 2 (9750mhz & 10750mhz)
Single-SL (5150mhz & 5750mhz)
Single-SH (5150mhz & 5750mhz)
Standard for USA (10750mhz or 11250mhz)
Single Stack (10750mhz(v) or 10175mhz(h))
Dish Pro (11250mhz)
Also has a 22Khz control.

My dish has 1 LNB on the dish, but it has the option of having 2 LNBs.

These are internal clock frequency which yo know very little T.F.R.

Standard means standard Ku which is Ku-Lo 11.7G to 12.2GHz for standard linear polarity used in the USA

Standard Hi is for Circular polarity Ku-Hi 12.2 to 12.75GHz but mainly to be used for LNBF with 22KHz Switch

The legacy in photo is not a 22KHz drive

In general Universal can work on any type of LNBF
