Since I converted to puff the receiver freezes and than reboots all by itself. It gets stuck in 1 channel and when I try to change channel it freezes. Did'nt do this with bin-15. What did I do wrong? Thanks
Try a rear switch REBOOT....off for 3 minutes/then back on..
if that don't help it, they upload the PUFF bin again, directly over your current file...Ukranonic or Nikk's is good..here, they are.. [link removed]
if that don't fix it, then start from scratch with a factory deafault, recheck antenna settings, upload the Puff fix, do a new scan, set default key and AR on, do a reboot , watch TV....
The problems may be due to many channels not there - in which case a Blind scan will solve the problems. If not, then
You need to 1. Save channel list using channel master from www.sharpc.com 2. Do factory (default) settings 3. Do User setup. 4. Reload the channels using channel master. 5. Rescan if necessary. Most likely you will not need to rescan.
Converting to PUFF_1.0.1 from any (B-75/Lzma/Old Puff)
The most common factor lately, seems to be the loaders that work for some and not for others... thats a matter of trial and error on your part. The ones I have listed have been tested and work for me, so if it works for you...use it. Or READ around they're easy to find. If you keep a channel list...save it before proceeding as this following will WIPE CLEAN any and all settings you had.
Open UkRoNiCs BOX Updater .420.
select -Ukr_PUFF1.0.1_ConvertBOX.bin
Using rear switch OFF/On....on first lights hit the write button...box will reboot into 'rolling PUFF'--this indicates 'waiting for PUFF bin'.
Using same loader..no need to OFF/ON the box at this point (but it wont kill it if you do),select the Team-PUFF bin of choice up to the latest 262
hit the write button when ready, box will again reboot, will pause of last 'F', and turn ON.
This brings up the language screen and the rest is up to you.
BTW...no need to set default keys--but couldnt hurt*

LK I,ve done all the things that you told me to do. The reciever keeps on rebooting. I'm doing a blind scan and it reboots in the middle of it therefore not able to finish the scan and save. It has done that for the last hour. Help
