I'm puzzled as to why both SV 4000 and nF aren't picking up the new time change that occurred yesterday and reflecting it on EPG ?

For last couple of years, time change is taking place one week earlier than it is suppose to be. I think all FTAs are programmed to change time as scheduled March 16 @ 2.00 am. If you like to wait and see it will change this Sunday at 2.00 am. or change it manually as sada said. This my opinion and I could be wrong.

If I am not wrong, your FTA will go one hour forward this sunday.

a lot of fta receivers have a summer time setting. just turn it on and it will adjust the time. or you can change the time zone.
