Use Blacklist updater 1.4 and the appropriate BIN.
If you have b75 boot, use a b75 conversion BIN 254. If you have converted to PUFF boot, use the PUFF BIN.
Use Straight RS 232 cable - not a null cable.
After selecting the appropriate BIN, switch on receiver and as soon as "b" appears click write on the b75 BIN selected.
(Similarly if you have already got PUFF boot, it comes up as "PUFF" on the receiver. Then select a PUFF bin and click on write when "P" appears.)
After installation of BIN you must either rescan or install channels using channel master
