To follow up on Neil, when Blind Scan is done on Viewsat Ultra, none of the channels would be working and when I did auto scan after erasing the Blind scan channel list all channels work!!!!! I had read this problem before. Do not Blind scan on a Viewsat but autoscan or TP scan.
