Having problems with Int. Channel Sonicview & Ultra

Channels on Sonicview4000 (where I'm missing a few channels) and on Viewsat Ultra (while watching a show, it changes to other channels such as Korean, etc...) I did a blind scan, but problem still persists. Help is greatly appreciated.
