If I were to figure out how far out from the 110 side of the dish pro lnb and add a single lnb, would I be able to catch the reflected 91 bev signal thus eliminating the need for 2 dishes?

NO to 19 degrees is to much for a small dish

you will need atleast 24x18 dish. Have it setup as 91-101-110-119 Leave 101 alone. try to catch the 110 to max signal you can get and then simply adjust the skew. All birds should fall in line.

20" oval dish is not good enough for 91/110/119.
Do as Vittu has suggested.

already have dish and motor want to get away from that because of constant motoring. I did try tonight and can get 91 @47% ok in good weather, but when the clouds/rain show up I think I'll need a larger dish.

RC I am about as far North as you can get.
Rain, Clouds, Snow, or freeze no problem.
