hi i use view sat extrem.i use 3 dish intena one is 148 and the oothere one is dish 500 but use for 119 and 110 before i use same lnb with disqec switch i put one cable in port one of disqec ofdish 500 and 148 lnb in port 3 my setting in reciver is 119 in port 1 110 in port 2 and 148 in port 3 and its work foe mw great byt my diqec switch burn so i buy new switch its same switch but its not work on port 2 i mean 110 any advise
can you switch 110 on the switch to port 4.make sure your receiver is OFF when you do this.then change settings to disqec 4 for 110 only and post results
i use only one cable from my dish 500 like i say before i use too only one cable in port one and its work great for me.but in the reciver my setting is port 1 for 119 and port 2 for 110 but i used only one cable.and now i use one cable too but its not work for me and also when i conect drict from lnb ony one cable this is work for me like that port 1 for 119 and port 2 for 110 but then i can,t watch the 148 channle
yah u r right.and same lnb its work for me but then for some reason i discunect it and now i use it again i try thr other dish 500 with 3 out put but with this 4 out put cable and i use only 1
you ned to hook up another cable from dish 500 to port 2,so now you have 119 on port 1 110 on port 2 and 148 on port 3. right now you have 4 cables they were for 2 receivers 2 cables 119 and 2 cables 110
nike, i don't know what else to tell you fta is a hobby,and sometimes things don't work we try to help,it is up to you to implement it or keep on asking more questions.i am out of all options until at you go ahead and at least connect the 2nd cable from your dish to port 2 and see if it works you have to be persistent with this stuff. good luck
