If you did a serial load, you were wrong. First of all, the FLU has to be converted. It shows B75, when you turn on the switch at back, if it is converted. If that is the case, all you need to do is load CS_248T_Lightning_100t_Series_serial.bin and then do a full setup from scratch. If there is only light showing, you will need to go through full procedure of conversion. Download the 248B kit and unzip in a new jvvh directory.
