The files we have now and to come are running a type of EMU. They include information that is known to an extent. This will keep us up longer. Each time the providers do something new they can add the solution to the current files along with previous solutions. This is being put together using the help of a Full EMU running on a PC. The drawback is they can't at this time make all known ECMs fit into the files. The good thing is fixes will take less time to come out and sometimes not even get effected so down times will be minimal.

My comments - If this goes thru with VS or SV , it will b a major major breakthru!! Then only option charlie or Bev will b left is total hardware change which is practically not possible as its gonna cost millions of dollars!! BEV iis goin thru slump in share market and are gonna b taken over by teachers pension plan and they cant afford to mke this huge change coz of investors, share holders and new owners!! Good news for FTA!!
if u read it is a process in the right direction for CNX you think viewsat and sonicview will have the full emu lol. With Cnx they have the 01 06 and 09 07 keys implemented into there bins which is great
