Turn off the switch on the back of your receiver first... Load the bin .. COM1 or if your using a usb cable check what COM works for your PC ... then turn the back switch on... press the (write bin) on the loader. Make sure after you try this and it doesn't work .. You must exit the loader and reopen it to try it again or you may cause the loader to get errors. Just keep on trying.
